Escorts Kubota Q4FY23: Net profit up 13.4%; declares dividend
Escorts Kubota Ltd reported 13.4% on year rise in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended March 2023. The Q4FY23 consolidated net profit stood at ₹216.5 crore as compared to ₹190.0 crore in Q4FY22.
Consolidated revenue from operations of the company for Q4FY23 was ₹2,214.5 crores, up 17.4% from ₹1,886.6 crore in the same quarter last year.
EBIDTA was ₹233.2 crore for the quarter that ended in March 2023 as compared to ₹248.2 crore for the same quarter the year before.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the board of directors of the company has recommended a final dividend of ₹7 (70%) per fully paid-up equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year 2022-23.
Consolidated revenue from operations for the year ending March 2023 was ₹8,428.7 crore, an increase of 15.7% from ₹7,282.7 crore the year prior.
In comparison to the previous year’s total of ₹992.8 crore, the consolidated profit before tax and excluding the extraordinary item of ₹53.1 crore was at ₹887.6 crore.
