LIVE: HDFC Bank, Avenue Supermarts-owned DMart set to declare Q3FY23 results today – here’s what to expect
India’s largest private lender HDFC Bank and Radhkishan Damani-owned DMart operator Avenue Supermarts are scheduled to report their earnings on Saturday, January 14, 2023.
Both companies are expected to register good numbers for the October-December quarter in this fiscal.
For HDFC Bank, both the top and bottom lines are expected to grow in double-digit as per the Dalal Street on a year-on-year (YoY) basis.
The growth is mainly supported by healthy loan disbursements across segments, they believe.
Similarly, the asset quality of the bank is likely to be stable on a quarter-on-quarter basis and marginal higher slippages are seen due to possible pressure from agri segment.
While DMart – a retail company is expected to report a 20 basis points (bps) YoY improvement in gross margin. DMart’s revenue is expected to grow in double digits to around 22 per cent, while the profit may come almost 9 per cent.
Along with HDFC Bank and DMart, a host of other firms such as InfoMedia, ZF Steering, Nouveau among others are also going to announce their third-quarter results during the day.
